An unidentified middle-aged man reportedly fell from a multi-storey building on MG Road here on Saturday (February 14, 2026) in an incident which the police suspect to be a case of suicide.
The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. The man is said to have jumped from the third floor of the building after stripping off his clothes. He fell on a busy street and died on the spot.
Police said they were reviewing CCTV footage and identifying him was their priority. A case of unnatural death was registered.
