The state cabinet has decided to set up special courts in Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam districts to hear cases registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
As part of the decision, four new seats were created to facilitate the functioning of these special courts.
