Banner Film Society in collaboration with Alliance Francaise will organize a French Film Festival at Lenin Balavadi in Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday. Filmmaker Shyamaprasad will inaugurate the festival at 11 am. Margot Michaud, director of Alliance Francaise Thiruvananthapuram will be the chief guest. Screenings begin with Le Ravissement directed by Iris Kaltenback at 9:30 a.m. Timbuktu directed by Abderrahmane Sissako screens at 11:15 a.m. followed by Borgo directed by Stephane Demoustier at 2 p.m. and Annie Colere directed by Blandine Lenoir at 4 p.m. Admission is free.
