Two-day men’s wellness workshop at NIMHANS from 27.2

February 11, 2026

The Department of Mental Health Education, in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatric Social Work, NIMHANS, will organize a two-day workshop entitled The Men’s Wellness Program from February 27, aimed at creating a safe and supportive space for men to reflect on their physical, emotional and mental well-being.

The workshop will take a holistic and preventative approach to mental health, encourage early involvement in wellness and reduce barriers to help-seeking through a non-judgmental environment.

Eight modules

The program, which is divided into eight modules, will address emotional awareness, stress management, building support networks and developing practical skills that can be applied at work, at home and in relationships. Based on research and the lived experiences of men in India, they seek to bridge the long-standing gaps in men’s health and mental care.

The workshop will offer men a structured opportunity to receive early support, build skills and deal with everyday stress under expert guidance from a leading mental health institute. For details and registration, contact the Department of Mental Health Education, NIMHANS at mheducation.nimhans@gmail.com; Phone: 080-26995156.
