Bollywood actor Ishaan Khatter has secured a high-end residence in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill. ₹29.37 crore, according to property records obtained by CRE Matrix. The actor bought a unit in Navroz Apartments, located in Navroz Premises Co-operative Society in Bandra. The 2,989.05 sq ft flat was acquired from seller Kapil M Mahtani.
The official registration was completed on February 5, 2026, according to the filing. The documents reveal it Khatter paid stamp duty of ₹1.76 million for the business.
Furthermore, the purchase agreement stipulates four reserved parking spaces.

Legendary actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff currently own property in Pali Hill.
Notably, superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently leased two opulent duplexes in the Pali Hill-Khar neighborhood for ₹8.67 crore over a period of three years. These properties were leased from the Bhagnani family, Zapkey.com reported.
One duplex was rented from Jacky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, while the other was provided by producer Vashu Bhagnani. The monthly rent is set at ₹11.54 million and ₹12.61 lakh respectively with substantial security deposits.

In addition, Aamir Khan has rented four flats on Nargis Dutt Road in the Wilnomona Apartment Complex for ₹24.5 million per month. The redeveloped site will feature luxury units with sea views, where prices are expected to exceed ₹1 lakh per sq ft, with some valuations exceeding that ₹100 million crowns.
Madhuri Dixit buys a luxury flat worth ₹48 crore in Worli
Last year, actor Madhuri Dixit bought a luxury apartment worth ₹48 crore in the Worli area of Mumbai.
The flat was located in the Indiabulls Blu project. It is located on the fifty-third floor and has seven parking spaces.
The floor area of the apartment, which is being sold by Calleis Land Development Private Limited, is said to be 5,384 square feet.
The Indiabulls Blu website states that the apartment has a magnificent view of the Arabian Sea.
