Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday welcomed the historic trade deal between India and the US, crediting its success to “continued patience” and perseverance, while acknowledging that the negotiations had been difficult. Addressing the NDA parliamentary party, Modi said, “The world order is changing and its trajectory is increasingly tilted towards India. He emphasized that despite criticism, India has stood firm and shown resilience throughout the process.
