The organizers of the first AI Policy Symposium at the Harvard Kennedy School invited Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to the prestigious event.
Mr. Reddy, the only Indian leader invited to the event as a speaker, has been asked to join the dean of the Harvard Kennedy School, Jeremy Weinstein, to inaugurate the event, which will be held in March.
The chief minister said he would consider delivering the keynote address virtually from Hyderabad. Mr. Reddy can also participate in a panel discussion with global leaders and technology thinkers on AI infrastructure as part of the symposium.
Mrs. Ruxanda Renita and other organizers personally invited the Chief Minister to the campus.
Meanwhile, on the last day of his engagement at Harvard University in Cambridge-Boston, Massachusetts, USA, Mr. Reddy met with several delegations and groups and a number of students, alumni from various schools of the university, as well as students and alumni from other campuses, including MIT and Columbia.
Students and alumni spoke to Mr. Reddy on several issues ranging from leadership and success, models of economic growth and development, sustainability and environmental issues, focusing on the welfare of farmers, women and youth, and more.
The Chief Ministers shared their views, challenges and highlights of their vision #TelanganaRising 2047 and the opportunities it creates for all stakeholders and their linkages to empowerment.
When a group of students asked Mr. Reddy to teach them about leadership and vision, he remarked that it was best to leave the teaching to famous Harvard teachers and professors, adding that he would not want to be a bogus professor and instead lead engaging two-way conversations involving sharing and learning.
Mr. Reddy shared his optimistic views on the future of India, especially with Telangana and Hyderabad leading and leading by example, and urged the students to associate with work back in India and become Telangana Rising brand ambassadors.
Many of them have promised to contribute their best to contribute to the developmental brilliance of Telangana.
