
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) officially on Friday released test city intimate slip for SSC MTS and CBIC Havaldar Evaluation 2025 on its portal ssc.gov.in.
Prospective examinees who have completed the registration process can now check their allotted test seats and schedules before starting the online examination.
The recruitment drive is designed to fill the roles of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havaldar under CBIC and CBN.
With a total of 7,948 vacancies in various Indian Ministries, Departments and Agencies, this represents a significant recruitment for Group C posts.

According to the published notification online tests for SSC The MTS and CBIC Havaldar are scheduled to start on February 4, 2026. Earlier, applicants could choose their desired test windows from January 16 to January 25, 2026, leading to the current release of the city notification. Number vacancies and age limit
The SSC MTS 2025 intake has 6,078 slots for the 18-25 age group and 732 slots for the 18-27 age group.

The age limits are fixed based on the cut-off date of 1st August 2025, with standard government age relaxations being given to protected category candidates.
Recruitment process and testing structure
The assessment framework includes a digital exam that is mandatory for all participants. In addition, those applying for Havaldar roles have to pass the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test. The endurance component requires male participants to cover 1,600 meters in 15 minutes, while women must cover 1 kilometer in a 20-minute time limit.
