Labor and Employment Minister G. Vivek Venkatswamy on Thursday consoled the family members of K. Srinivas, who drowned at Jampannavag in Medaram, Mulugu district, at his residence at Bheemaram in Mancherial district on Wednesday.
Srinivas, 52, a fruit juice vendor from Bheemaram, along with his family members had gone to Medaram to attend the ongoing Sammakka-Saralamma Jatara on Tuesday evening. On Wednesday morning, he accidentally drowned while taking a bath in Jampannavagu river near Jathara locality. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
The minister assured the family members of the deceased of all possible help.
