What is the date and time of economic survey 2026?
Chief Economic Adviser V Anantha Nageswaran will present the Economic Survey 2026 before both Houses of Parliament (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha) on January 29 at 11 am.
The release will take place during the budget session of Parliament, which began a day earlier on Wednesday, January 28, with a joint address by President Droupadi Murma, according to an official government announcement. The report also says that the budget debate in parliament may end on Thursday, April 2.
All these details were discussed in a meeting held in New Delhi on January 27 under the chairmanship of Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. A total of 51 leaders from 39 political parties, including ministers, took part in the meeting.
