Intelligence agencies have issued a terror threat from Khalistan and Bangladesh forces on Republic Day on 26 January. Haryana, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan have been put on high alert.
“Before January 26, intelligence agencies issued a warning that Khalistani terrorist organizations and Bangladesh-based terror outfits may try to attack Delhi and several other cities across the country,” ANI reported citing intelligence sources.
According to an intelligence report, an ANI report said, Punjab-based gangsters are increasingly acting as foot soldiers for Khalistani and militants operating from abroad. “These manipulators allegedly use criminal networks to further their agendas and undermine homeland security.”
“The alert states that these gangsters are active in Haryana, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan and are gradually establishing links with Khalistani terrorist elements,” intelligence sources said.
