Yashoda Hospitals Hitech City has completed more than 1000 complex major robotic surgeries in a single year. The achievement was announced at an event in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Yashoda Hospitals CEO Dr. GS Rao said the milestone includes 434 gynecology and gynecology-oncology surgeries, 310 general, gastrointestinal and hepatopancreatobiliary procedures, 177 urology surgeries, 79 thoracic surgeries as well as highly complex robotic procedures in head and neck surgery. “The hospital has consistently invested in new technologies and integrated them with patient-centered care,” he added.
Addressing the gathering, Madhapur DCP Riti Raj, who was the chief guest at the event, said that this milestone is a matter of pride for Hyderabad, Telangana and the wider Telugu states. She noted that completing more than 1,000 complex robotic surgeries per year reflects the hospital’s commitment to advanced medical technology, patient safety and clinical excellence.
