The two-day Blue & Green Climate LitFest 2025 will begin at the Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (Kufos) on December 17.
The function, jointly organized by the university, Manipal Academy of Higher Education and Institute of Climate Studies and Climate Action, will be inaugurated by eminent conservationist Romulus Whitaker at 9.30 am today.
A. Biju Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the University will preside.
The annual Blue & Green Climate LitFest awards recognize the unique and complex relationship between ecology, society and politics.
The Blue Award for Non-fiction will go to Backstage Climate by Rajan Mehta and the Green Award to Iconic Trees of India by S. Natesh.
