A four-year-old girl sustained grievous injuries after she was attacked by stray dogs at Islampeta in Atmakur town of the district on Friday (December 12, 2025). The girl was playing outside her house when the incident happened. The dogs attacked and bit the girl on the ear and jaw. She was sent to Kurnool for better medical treatment.
