In a post on X, Mr Kharge said: “Savings draining fast due to high inflation. Unaffordability, betrayal of aspirations, inequality, decline in global credibility, lots of youth anger!” “Households are dying under the weight of Modi Govt’s mismanagement of the economy!” the Congress chief said.
“Retail inflation — 16-month high. Food inflation — 4.78%, tomatoes are disappearing from plates. Medical inflation above 15%. Rupee is sinking. Foreign investors are shunning us. No jobs for youth, unemployment is rising,” Mr. Kharge said.
“BJP is busy buying from other parties but AAM AADMI can’t afford basic necessities!” he said.
