Investment deals worth ₹ 3,24,698 crore were signed in the power sector at the two-day Telangana Rising 2047 Global Summit.
According to the office of Deputy Chief Minister M. Bhatti Vikramarka, who also holds the Energy portfolio, the huge investment offer proved that Telangana is an investor’s paradise.
Mr. Vikramarka has been working with his department officials for the last few days to attract large-scale investment and create huge employment opportunities for the youth of Telangana. He conducted several evaluation meetings with senior officials and personally monitored the progress of the agreements.
As a result of these efforts, investment deals worth nearly ₹ 3.25 crore were completed in just two days. They have a job potential of more than 1.5 million. Genco, Redco and Singareni have entered into major agreements with various national and international companies, the Deputy CM’s office said.
