Visakhapatnam Collector inspects fertilizer outlets, electoral roll revision in Bheemunipatnam

District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore conducted an inspection in Bheemunipatnam division on Thursday (June 18, 2026) which reviewed fertilizer distribution, voter list revision, public services and school infrastructure.

At Tagarapuvalasa, the Collector inspected the fertilizer issue and verified the implementation of Andhra Pradesh Integrated Management System (APIMS) application and distribution of urea and DAP fertilizers on OTP basis. He directed the officials to ensure that the supply process is not misused and that the fertilizers reach the actual beneficiaries.

Mr. Kishore also reviewed the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Rolls in Tagarapuvalasa, interacting with residents and Booth Level Officers (BLOs). He directed the officials to maintain transparency in the exercise.

During the inspection of Tallavalasa Village Secretariat, the Collector checked service delivery, progress reports and attendance registers.

Later, he visited Chandrampalem School where he inquired about the admission process, classroom activities and distribution of textbooks. He also inspected the artificial intelligence computer lab and reviewed the development work on the playground which is going on with the support of Divi’s Laboratories and directed the officials to complete the project as soon as possible for the benefit of the students.
