Kerala State Commission for Economically Backward Classes Among Forward Communities Chairman CN Ramachandran Nair inaugurates Constitution Day celebrations at Kerala University on Wednesday
Former Kerala High Court Judge CN Ramachandran Nair on Wednesday inaugurated the Constitution Day celebrations organized by the Law Ministry and chaired by Dr. BR Ambedkar University of Kerala.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Nair, who is currently serving as the Chairman of the Kerala State Commission for Economically Backward Classes Among Forward Communities, said that there was no threat to the constitution and secularism of the country. He added that the Constitution of India has survived all threats and has retained all the qualities envisioned by its founders.
GB Reddy, Vice-Chancellor, National University of Advanced Legal Studies, who inaugurated the two-day nationwide seminar on Constituent Assembly debates, said the core values and principles of the Constitution remain unchanged despite numerous amendments.
Kerala Administrative Court Registrar S. Unkrishnan Nair presided over the Programme. Sindhu Thulaseedharan, Honorary Director, Chairman Dr. br Ambedkar, and Hashim Kabeer, Assistant Professor, Department of Law, also spoke on the occasion.
