The 25th Students Federation of India (SFI) State Conference will be held in Tirupati from December 12 to 14, 2025, announced SFI State President P. Rammohan Rao.
After releasing the poster of the event in Vijayawada in front of the media on Saturday (November 15), Mr. Rammohan Rao said that a rally and public meeting would be organized at Indira Maidanam in the temple town on December 12 and appealed to the students to participate in large numbers.
State Secretary K. Prasanna Kumar said that 500 elected delegates from across the state will attend the conference to discuss the problems facing the education department and also the measures required for the resolution.
They later criticized the coalition government for failing to solve the students’ problems even after a year and a half in power. They demanded immediate release of pending fees and stipends and called for a solution to the problems faced by students in welfare hostels. They expressed concern over the rise in deaths of tribal students and demanded improvement in basic facilities in the ashram schools.
