Union Minister for Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy has offered to support Class X students of government schools in his Secunderabad constituency by paying SSC examination fees from his MP salary account.
In communication with Hyderabad Collector Harichandana Dasari, Mr. Reddy sought the details of the bank account in which the amount is to be deposited, the school details for Class X students and the total amount to be deposited.
Earlier, his cabinet colleague and Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar also announced and paid the class 10 exam fees for government school students in his Karimnagar parliamentary constituency benefiting about 12,000 students.
