BSNL has invited expressions of interest to outsource operations and maintenance (O&M) of its customer service centers (CSCs) at Tirupattur, Arakkonam, Arani, Chengam, Vaniyambadi, Sathuvacari and Bagayam.
According to a press release, the invitations are sealed applications for the selection of BSNL franchisees for O&M of its centers in these areas. BSNL service centers act as the primary customer interface for providing various telecom services such as selling new 4G SIM cards, recharge mobile prepaid cards, 4G SIM upgrades, booking new telecom services including Fiber based high speed internet connection, accepting payments for various telecom services, plan changes.
Interested firms and entrepreneurs can access the detailed Expression of Interest (EOI), eligibility criteria and application process through the official tender portal: Circle: Tamil Nadu | BA: Tamil Nadu Circle Office).
