Three new community initiatives of NLC India Limited (NLCIL) were inaugurated on Saturday as part of a special 5.0 campaign.
The new facilities, including the renovated community hall at the Sivasubramania Swamy Temple at Veluduyanpattu in Neyveli village, the renovated canteen at Block 25 NLC Guest House and the Ladies Trainee Hostel, were inaugurated by NLCIL Chairman and CEO Prasanna Kumar Motupalli.
According to a press release, the social hall is equipped with improved facilities for devotees and public. The unused bank premises in block 12 of the city district have been converted into a women’s hostel with all the infrastructural facilities and security measures.
The hostel will provide accommodation to NLCIL trained girls and women working in the public sector. Samir Swarup, Director (Human Resources) attended.
