
Cluster University, Kurnool, Registrar (FAC) G. Srinivas organized an interactive session with principals and lecturers of the three constituent colleges of the university on Saturday.
The meeting, attended by academics and lecturers, discussed the development of the university, skill development and student-centric reforms to be launched by the university. Cluster Vice Chancellor (VC) Venkata Basava Rao and Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) Vice Chairman S. Vijaya Bhaskar Rao were the chief guests of the meeting.
Mr. Vijaya Bhaskar Rao discussed various issues related to teaching and research with the Principals of all the three colleges and requested them to share and utilize the available resources with them. He suggested the principals to adopt a multi-disciplinary approach to improve knowledge and research capabilities and asked them to make efforts to create teaching in line with industry needs.
Registrar Srinivas said the university was committed to overall development of rural students through innovative teaching and research programmes.
