SHUBMAN GILL will grow like a captain with Rohit and Kohli by his side: Ian Bishop

Ian Bishop, a former Pacer West Indies and a now recognized commentator, believes that SHUBMAN GILL is in capable hands when it takes responsibility for leading Indian one -day international (ODI). Bishop, talking to PTI videos, said that while Gill has the right temperament and skill that leads, fans and experts have to give him time to evolve as a tactic.

When asked about the possibility of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli with the World Championship in 2027, Bishop said that the decision would completely resist the players themselves.

“That’s their decision. I can’t answer it to Rohit or for a virat or for BCCI. It depends on their determination and level of fitness. They have been fine so far,” he said.
