The Bihar’s Sheikhpura Court (October 13, 2025) issued a summons of the Indian leaders of the Rahul Gandhi block, Tejashwi Yadav and Mukesh Sahani in connection with alleged abuse, plunging into Narendra Modi during August.
The order was adopted by the chief judge Sheikhpura, Vibha Rani, a complaint filed by the leader of BJP Hialala Singho 4 September.

The petitioner’s advisor, Gopal Kumar Barnwal, said the court had made a preliminary hearing and, after exploring the matter, issued a summons to these three leaders, he said.
CJM was ordered by the leader of the congress Rahul Gandhi, RJD Tejashwi Yadav and Mukesh Sahani of the Viksheel Insaan party to appear before court or through their legal representatives before court or through their legal representatives.
The complaint also mentions 100 unidentified individuals as accused.
In August, the alleged video of a person screaming into a microphone on a small stage built on the edge of Darbhanges became a local leader of Congress, although the organizer claimed that no party was present at the time of the incident.
The defendant, 25 -year -old inhabitants of Darbhanga, was arrested, but the prints continued to be frayed, and BJP hit the streets in this matter and his workers exchanged fans with congress supporters at the party’s state headquarters.
