The Tamil Nadu government has issued Pattas over the last year of approximately 1.4 lacquer recipients, on the recommendation of the committee, which was regulatory for regulating residential interventions on Monday and for the issue of the free house of Pattas in Chennai and its neighboring areas, he said on Monday.
Udhayanidhi Stalin said that in the office in Chennai, where he launched the distribution of Pattas more than 1600 recipients, he said that the main minister ordered that Pattas be issued not only to people in Chennai, but also to those who live in Poromboke land in other districts. “Since the establishment of the government, we have released about 19 Lakh Pattas across Tamil Nadu,” he said.
Udhayanidhi said that the committee was established on the instructions of the main minister with the Minister of Income as its chairman, he said that Pattas was issued on the basis of his recommendation. He also said that one of the main challenges faced by people was to get Pattas for the land in which they live, in addition to underlining the challenges that the public encountered in the absence of Pattas for countries.
