Rangoli Metro Art Center will celebrate World Music Day with an open stage for artists
Rangoli Metro Art Center (RMAC), located adjacent to MG Road Metro Station, will host a day-long celebration on June 21 to mark World Music Day.
Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has invited musicians and music enthusiasts from across the city to participate. The event will provide an open platform for performers of all ages and musical backgrounds to showcase their talents in front of a live audience.
Artists representing a wide range of genres are eligible to participate, including Indian classical, Carnatic, Hindustani, jazz, blues, pop, rock, folk, fusion and contemporary music. The celebrations will feature live performances and the main attraction of the event will be the Community Drum Jam led by musicians Vasundhar Das and Robert Narain.
Musicians interested in performing can register by submitting details of their performance, genre and duration. Performance slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
