The two -day southern India Property Expo 2025, organized by Hindu, started on Saturday (October 11, 2025) in Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
The event presents a curatorial selection of premium real estate opportunities in South India, connecting developers with buyers, investors and Indian diaspora members.
Day 1 Expo saw several point reservations. Visitors and participants also explored a wide range of investment opportunities.
A. Muhammad Ali, President, Credai Chennai, was the main guest of the inauguration ceremony. “Exhibitions like this are exactly what we have to drive growth, as India continues to grow. I really hope that we have other exhibitions like this,” he said.
The event includes exclusive projects, real estate prepared for investment, legal and financial consulting zones and attractive offers only for the exhibition, making it a one -time goal for potential homeowners, seasoned investors and those trying to reopen with their roots in South India
Akila Iyengar, director of the Hindu group, said: “India is definitely moving forward. I really hope everyone will take the opportunity to look around, experience it for themselves and participate in any way.”
