
The explosion occurred at the Flooker factory operating in Pettulupti, near the district of Sivakasi Tamil Nadu, even though it holds a license from Nagpur. On Saturday, a facility was hit by more than 200 people and more than 100 rooms.

When Diwali was approaching rapidly, the workers were involved in the last phase of production, specifically preparing a fireworks of a decorative type. The explosion allegedly occurred in one of the rooms due to friction when mixing chemicals.
Fortunately, workers quickly realized the danger and immediately evacuated the area and successfully averted a great tragedy. Although two rooms were damaged during the explosion, no victims were reported.
Firefighters from Sivakasi quickly took part in the scene and managed to get the resulting fire under control. Police Sivakasi East has since opened an incident investigation.
