The latest incident comes the Days of the General Directorate of Aviation Regulator General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) fined indigo £20 Lakh for certain alleged outages in pilot training.
Indigo was informed by DGCA about a fine of 26 September, as the airline reported on Wednesday in its regulatory submission.
The fine was imposed on “alleged non -use of qualified simulators for pilot training in category C aerodromes,” the submission said.
The airline said it is currently questioning this order with the relevant appellate body.
“The delay in publication was unintentional and was due to the delay of internal communication of details concerning the order,” Indigo said.
