“Through menstrual holiday policy 2025, women receive employees across Karnataka every month one day of a paid holiday – a step towards a more humane, understanding and inclusive workplace,” Siddaramaiaha said.
Meanwhile, the Minister of State Law and Parliamentary Affairs HK Patil told reporters after the meeting: “The cabinet today approved at least one -day holiday for working women in various sectors, from clothing to information technology.”
