Days after President Donald Trump ordered the declassification and public release of all government ensembles related to Amelia Earhart, the FBI ordered her employees in Washington, DC and New York to find any records associated with the disappearance of aviation.
According to two sources of enforcement of the rights cited CNN, employees in Washington DC and New York were asked to search their workstations and all records of digital media. Were asked to submit all records of the Aviator’s disappearance by Wednesday 15th October.
The FBI employees report: “According to the President’s Executive Office’s priority, search for any areas where documents or physical media records can be stored to include open or closed cases to respond to Amelia Earhart.”
Who was Amelia Earhart? Amelia Earhart disappeared in 1937 when she tried to become the first woman to fly around the world, and after a 16 -day search was announced at sea.
Amelia Earhart and her navigator, Fred Noonan, disappeared from the new Guinea to Howland Island. Before she disappeared, she requested that she was not doing fuel.
The Navy searched, but found no trace.
The US government has long claimed that Earhart and its navigator, Fred Noonan, died when their plane dropped, and in 1939 it was legally dead.
Previously, Donald Trump announced that he had ordered the declassification and public release of all government records concerning Amelia Earhart’s air and said that its disappearance of 1937 during the flight attempt “overwhelmed millions”.
Trump called her fate in an “interesting story” and said that people ask him about the declassification and publication of everything the government has. Trump returned to office early this year and promised to declassify and publish government records of several important figures, although Earhartova was not among the names.
In his post on his social media website, Trump wrote: “Amelia has done almost three -quarters around the world before and disappeared at once and without a warning, it will never be seen again.”
“Its disappearance, almost 90 years ago, captivated millions. I will order my administration to declassify and dismiss all government records on Amelia Earhart, her last trip and everything else about her.”
Since then, the administration of the Republican President has released thousands of pages of records of President John F. Kennedy, his brother Robert F. Kennedy and Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. All of them were murdered during the sixties and the files did not reveal any blockbuster information.
