Dharani Agro Farms in Kanikarai, Ramanathapuram, has set out with activity in the last three weeks. Ahila Bharathi, CEO, Pudhugai Organics in Pudukottai, is busy handling orders from all over the country in this holiday season. “Our team is 1,364 farmers from approximately 54 villages in the Pudukottai district. All raw materials come from this network of farmers,” Ahila says. The production is occupied by women hired during the season to prepare traditional sweets and rescue. He founded Marabu Suvai in Thiruvanmiyur for organic and vegan foods.
