The founder of the Ambedkar mission wrote to the General Prosecutor R. Venkataramani, who was looking for consent to initiate criminal contempt against two people who allegedly participated in the incomitation of an attempt to attack the main judge of India Br Gavai.
In his letter, Suraj Kumar Bauddh quoted a video published by religious speaker Aniruddhachary, aka Aniruddh Ram Tiwari 21.
“If you want the chest to open, let me know,” Mr. Tiwari hears in a video that has become viral on social media.
He said Youtuber Ajeet Bharati also made inappropriate statements on social media.
“These statements and conduct are aimed at provoking violence against the honorary judge of India and other judges.
“Such behavior is unprecedented in the history of the Supreme Indian Court. If these individuals were not brought to court, the independence of the judiciary and the establishment of our democracy could not be in danger. No court or judge should be discharged without fear or kindness,” he read the letter.
In an unprecedented incident, a 71 -year -old lawyer tried to throw a shoe at CJI Gavai on Monday, forcing the Indian Bar Association to immediately suspend the license.
