The Captain Subba Rao Prabhala in retirement began on Tuesday the Center of Vocational Education of the Foundation UNNATI. The center will offer training to develop skills of 2,000 youth in Kakinada.
The initiative is implemented in cooperation with Andhra Pradesh Development Corporation. The UNNATI RAMESH Swamy Director said that the Foundation will offer a number of skills development programs and will closely cooperate with educational institutions in Kakinada.
