A man who suffered serious injuries in an alleged attack reported on October 2. He died on Sunday at a private hospital in Shivamogg.
Amzad (34) was reportedly attacked by a group of people on RML Nagar on Thursday. He was transported to a private hospital for treatment. However, according to doctors, he did not respond to treatment.
Police Doddapete registered the case and arrested five people for an alleged attack. According to the police, the main accused was allegedly involved in crime three months ago as a juvenile.
AMZAD, a resident of Shivamoggy, was an entrepreneur, the police said. “AMZAD also has the history of involvement in crime. The preliminary investigation revealed that the accused attacked him after a warmed argument about the financial transaction. We are currently investigating this matter,” said Shivamogga Superintendent of Police GK Mithun Kumar.
All arrested were taken into judicial custody.
