
On Saturday (October 4, 2025), Minister Gujarat was and the leader of the municipality of Jagdish Vishwakarma declared the new President of the State Unit Bharatiya Janat, the subsequent Minister of the CR Paatil trade unions.
Minister of the Union Bhupender Yadav, election official of the Party for the Party of BJP, officially announced the name of Mr. Vishwakarma at the assembly of the leaders of state leaders and party workers at the headquarters of “Kamalam” in Gandhinagar.
Mr. Vishwakarma (52) followed by Minister Jal Shakti and MP Lok Sabha of Navsari, CR Paatil, whose three -year term ended in July 2023, and continued his post.
The three -time MLA from Nikola’s headquarters in Ahmedabad was the only candidate to submit nomination documents on Friday (October 3, 2025).
Vishwakarma currently serves as a Foreign Minister for Cooperation, Salt Industries, MSME, Cottage, Khadi and the Country Industry.
He previously worked as President of the Ahmedabad troops of Saffron Party.
Before the office, Mr. Vishwakarma took a assembly with a large number of parties from his residence at Ahmedabad’s Thakkarbapanagar.
He expressed gratitude to the party’s highest leadership, which gave him responsibility for serving as President Gujarat BJP.
“The BJP vision for the country, its cultural nationalist commitment, consists of the best citizens, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah and a long series of hardworking and devoted workers,” the new president said.
He said, “BJP, the largest party in the world, is synonymous with development, trust, new ideas, national victories and independent India. Our efforts to develop Gujarat and strong BJP must be cohesive with the cooperation of all workers to serve people as Gujarat BJP.”
The trust that the Gujarat people put in BJP in the last 25 years has increased this responsibility, and all BJP staff must meet these expectations, said Mr. Vishwakarma.
On this occasion, Mr. Paatil said that under his leadership, BJP attacked the elections together of 2022 with certainty to win 182 seats, and managed to win 156 seats and won in 2024 in 2024, page 25 out of 26 seats.
On both occasions, the party gained a lead over one voices of Crore over more than three leadership of the opposition parties Lakh-voting, he said.
“It could have been caused by stall -level mistakes and the shortcomings of my leadership as a party’s president, which led to a loss of 26 seats (in the elections to the assembly of 2022). However, we still managed for the first time in 2022,” he said.
“We are sad that the remaining three seats that we have never won before, but we are sure we will win all 182 seats in the upcoming elections,” he said.
Main Minister Bhupendra Patel said that PM Modi emphasized the importance of technology and its use is essential for progress.
“Our (outgoing) President, CR Paatil, has used technology efficiently in BJP. Jagdish Vishwakarma is also a technologically proficient individual and will use it efficiently to help us achieve our goals,” he said.
“Whatever the government or organization, everyone in the BJP has met any responsibility they received. Therefore, BJP has become a huge tree because of the way Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Interior Minister Amit Shah and JP Nadda fulfilled his duties,” he said.
The Minister of the Union YADAV also declared the names of 39 members of the National Council of BJP who were elected to the unrepeatable.
