The party Jan Suraj submitted a memorandum to Governor Bihar, who was looking for the removal of the representative of the main Minister Samrat Choudhary, against whom serious accusations were coped with the founder of Prashant Kishor.
The delegation of the emerging party, headed by National President Uday Singh and the head of the State unit Manoj Bharti, visited Raj Bhavan late on Tuesday (September 30) in the evening.
Later with reporters Mr. Singh said, “We were looking for a meeting properly before arriving. Unfortunately, he was not the Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, who met us, but his main secretary who received the memorandum on his behalf”.
He added: “We long for a request to eliminate Choudhara, because his continuation as a post of constitution. We have also written to Prime Minister Narendra Modim, who claims to be a firm believers in public life”.
“We do not have hope from the government of Nitish Kumar in the state. If the Prime Minister or Governor does not take any steps, we will move the court as the last option,” added the party leader Jan Suraj.
Especially at a press conference two days ago, Mr. Kishhor claimed that Mr. Choudhary, head of the BJP leader, escaped the trial in the case of the 1995 murder by submitting a document to show that he was minor at the time of the incident.
Mr. Kishhor further stated that Mr. Choudhary’s claim before the court court was falsified by his own honorary statement filed in 2020, elected to the State Legislative Council, which stated his age at that time for 51 years.
“So Choudhary was at the age of 20 at the time of the murder. He should be arrested and placed in a fresh trial and held in prison until the court was discovered,” Kishor said.
