Inspector Nelamangala allegedly threatened them and caught their mobile phones. Inspector Madanayakanahalli, who was called as a strengthening, was reportedly dragged by a female activist on the road, attacked her and caught his mobile phone.
“It is necessary to take steps against errant officials under the rules and it is necessary to submit measures for the commission,” he read the letter.
