The 29 -year -old worker allegedly killed his wife before ending his life in their house on the main road Ullal.
The deceased was identified as Dharmaselan Ramesh (29) and his wife Manja P., 27, who worked as a nurse at a private hospital in the city. Ramesh worked in Dubai and returned home a month ago. The couple stayed in their birthplace for two weeks before returning to the city.
Periyaswamy, 53, said Manja’s father in his complaint that the incident came to light around 20:30 on Sunday when he visited his daughter’s house. He found that the door was locked from the inside and his daughter did not respond. He grows the suspect, broke the door to find Manja lying dead in a pool of blood with the neck of the slot. He found that Ramesh also ended his life.
The Jnanabharathi police recorded the case of murder and unnatural death for further investigation. The police said that only further investigation could reveal the motif that Ramesh killed his wife before ending his own life.
