Farmers submitted a memorandum in the office representative of the Commissioner and stated their requirements, which included a fair share of profits that appear in sugar mills from the sale of by -products of sugar cane. Farmers accused several private mills for sugar mills of fraudulent practices, such as the percentage of the percentage of sugar regeneration. Since the costs of sugar cane are also set for recovery of sugar, the association called on the government to establish a team to monitor the yield or recovery of sugar.
Farmers complained about a drop in tobacco prices and urged the authorities to meet the tobacco council and cultivators and to help save farmers from the financial crisis.
Other problems raised by agitative farmers concerned an increase in the conflicts of human and tistical in the villages adjacent to forest areas and urged the ministry to increase compensation for loss of crops.
