Deputy Commissioner Davangere GM Gangadhar Swami gave the order of suspension, waiting for further investigation, two teachers and officer of the Social Security Department to delay duties during the ongoing social and educational survey.
Teacher assistant to government junior elementary school, Jamapur, Manjunath DK, physical education teacher, government high school, Naganur, Basavarajappa H. and hostel supervisor, post-Matorical boys for reverse classes, Mayakond, Durganna Kr, Durgann Kr was suspended of negligence and devotion.
All employees, including these, were ordered to carry out survey works from September 22 to October 7. However, these employees remained in the survey obligations.
They were not only absent without a valid reason, but also did not provide a satisfactory explanation.
As a result, even if the Ministry’s investigation is waiting against these three employees, the Commissioner’s representatives ordered his suspension from the service pursuant to Rule 10 (1) (a). (D) of Government’s government services in Karnataka (classification, control and appeal) rules of 1957, he said.
