The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (I can) approved the proposal of Andr Pradesh to establish municipal shared service centers (MSSC) and recommended grant 50 Crore according to the 15th Financial Commission.
The first repayment of the CRORE 25 GBP was published, the state government announced on Thursday.
The aim of the initiative, managed by the City Administration and Development Department (Ma & UD), is to transform services across 123 city local authorities (ULB) by associating resources, using technologies and increasing financial sustainability.
The main secretary of S. Suesh Kumar described this project as a “plan for modern city administration”, which was in line with the vision of the main Minister N. Chandrababa Naida Swwarna Andhra-2047.
The MSSC will centralize financial, wage, public procurement and legal services, while digitizing real estate tax, certificates and public service management via GIS mapping, drone surveys and the unique “One Household – one QR code”. It also streamlines civil services through Ward Seva Kendras, Prague delivery, axle based on WhatsApp and multilingual AI support.
Key goals
Key objectives include increasing real estate tax income, unlocking the general land potential through PPP models, ensuring the re -use of wastewater and energy efficiency control in street lighting, water supply and infrastructure.
He said that the project would increase transparency, improve the income of municipal income, and provided faster citizens’ services and created a national scale for inclusive technologically focused city administration.
