The consumer editing arrested two Kannura brothers for allegedly selling synthetic drugs through a dating application. Muhammed Rabeeh Cm, 22, and Rizwan cm, 30, Mattool, Kannur, were charged from the cottage near the station Ernakulam on Tuesday evening. Consumer tax officials also confiscated 37.274 grams of suspicion of MDMA.
The defendants were arrested by a team led by an inspector of the consumer tax Abhiraj R. from the Office for Consumer Proceedings, Ernakulam.
In a separate incident, the police arrested three youth and confiscated 28.40 grams of suspicious MDMAs near Vidyanagar Cross Road, Kadavantho. Francis Kurisinkal, 37, from Fort Kochi, Ajish Kv, 35, from Pallurutha and Francis Xavier Fernandez, 32, Mundamvel are arrested.
