The Official Authority for the vigilance and anti -corruption office (VACB) on Tuesday 23 September) arrested an official Kochi Corporation and an assistant in the area of charges of receiving bribes of 25,000 GBP and 5,000 GBP.
The accused were identified as SS Prakash, an income official in the Palluruuth Zonal office in Kochi Corporation, and Ka Jayaprakash, who previously served as an assistant to the Labor’s work before transferring to Ernacula. Prakash was caught while allegedly accepted a bribe for regulating the extended part of the cottage in the Pallurutha and Jayaprakash, while allegedly accepted a bribe to avoid the launch of a criminal negotiations against a restaurant near the Guruvayur Temple.
