Leader Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and former Minister T. Harish Rao criticized the state government for sharing only 34% out of 2,360 GBP Crore from 6,394 crore net profits that have achieved the Singareni Collieries Company LTD (SCCL).
In his statement, Mr. Rao demanded on Monday to pay a 34% share in the total net profit and not only 37% of the total net profit. He claimed that the state government had forced the company’s management to reduce the share of profit by more than 50%last year.
He was looking for what happened with 2,283 GBP Crore, which was last year in addition to the company’s net profit for his future plans and now held in the same name aside 4 034 GBP. He reminded that Singarens were paid only 16% of the profit share between 1998-999 and 2010-11, and in the first year after the creature of Telangana, it increased to 21% in 2014–2015.
In the years 2022-23, the share of profit (bonus) for workers was increased to 32% of the total net profit.
