In the city of Rajamahendravaram, 12,000 street dogs were sterilized
Rajamahendravaram City MLA Adireddi Srinivas announced on Tuesday that the sterilization of more than 12,000 street dogs has been completed. In addition, they were also administered with rabies vaccination. By the end of 2024, up to 25,865 street dogs have been identified for sterilization in the city.
Speaking to reporters after inspecting the ongoing sterilization drive, Mr. Srinivas said, “At least 10,000 anti-rabies doses have been prepared for vaccination.” Those suffering from stray dogs can call 70939 21991 for help and rescue operation.
