Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, a deputy Wayanad, here on Monday (September 22), reviewed projects carried out in an election district extended across Wayanad, Malappuram and Kozhikode districts.
She checked various projects in members of the development of local areas of parliament (MPLODS), National Health Mission (NHM) and Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).
Up to 45 out of 53 projects sanctioned during Rahula Gandhi, when Wayanad deputy was completed in the Wandoor, Nilambur and Eranad installation segments. Seven of the 27 projects recommended by Mrs. Vadra were implemented.
The construction of the railway platform at the Thuvur railway station is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
Mrs. Vadra said that the demand for supply of blood transport collects blood from various areas in the Nilambur region and delivers it to the Nilambur Blood Bank with accurate temperature control.
It suggested that the road with the tribal community should be strengthened, especially with the primitive Cholanaikar tribe, living deep inside the Nilambur forest.
She said that food grains and other essentials were often distributed without considering the real needs of the tribal community, and the houses were provided without assessing their requirements. “Effective support can only be provided by understanding their needs,” she said.
He chaired the office to the district collector VR Vinod. Mlas Aryadan Shoukath, AP Anil Kumar and PK Basheer, District President Panchayat MK Rafeekha, ISmail Moothedam Vice President and other district judge NM Mehalli and AD Joseph District Planning Clerk participated.
