ED officials arrested Kesireddy Rajasekhar Reddy in AP liquor shipment scam

Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials have arrested former IT advisor of the previous YSRCP government Kesireddy Rajasekhar Reddy alias Raj Kesireddy, who was accused in the alleged liquor shipment scam.
ED officers conducted searches at houses and other properties belonging to Kesireddy and other accused in Hyderabad on Thursday.
After searching Kesireddy’s house in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, ED officials reportedly arrested him.
ED teams also raided the houses and offices of former Andhra Pradesh State Beverages Corporation Limited (APSBCL) CEO Donthireddy Vasudev Reddy. Investigators were questioning him, the sources said.
In a related development, ED authorities have searched the properties of former Civil Supplies Minister Karumuri Nageswara Rao, who is facing charges in an alleged liquor scam.
The accused is likely to be produced before the court, investigators said.
