Former Indian captain Sourav gangules believe that India vs Pakistan simply does not fulfill the hype. Gangules said at the event in Calcutta after the match of the Asia Cup Group and said that the Pakistan side for India is simply not.
On Sunday, September 14th, Pakistan failed with Bat and Ball against the Indian team. After scoring only 127 bats with the bat, they could not put any pressure on India and saw their opponents marching to the target for only 15.5 overs.
The gangules said that the game was bored during the first 15 breaks and instead passed to the Premier League, where Manchester United took over Manchester City.
“Actually, I am not surprised what I have seen. I actually stopped watching after the first 15 breaks and started watching Manchester United and Man City (in the English Premier League),” Ganguly told Kalkata on Monday, September 15.

Former captain, who has many unforgettable matches against Pakistan, said he would rather see how India plays any other team in the cricket world than in Pakistan. Ganguly said that the hype India vs Pakistan has fallen from outflow over the last 5 years due to Pakistan’s inability to produce the highest quality cricket.
“Pakistan is not a match. I say that with respect is just because I have seen their team. It’s a lack of quality on the side,” he said.
“There is no competition that I would rather watch India playing Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, England, Sri Lanka or even Afghanistan. I don’t think India and Pakistan are already a competition. We are still publicizing it.
In his final remarks to the game and the relationship between the two countries of gangules, he said terror around the world had to be stopped.
“Terror has to stop, that’s the most important thing around the world, not just India and Pakistan. You’ve seen so many things happen, so they also have to stop. But the sport can’t stop. Terror must stop around the world,” he concluded.
India vs Pakistan at the Asian Cup was played after a terrorist attack and Operation Pahalgam Sindoor. Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav and the team refused to shake their hands with the Pakistani side that angry the opposition team.
Pakistan now threatens to boycott the tournament in case the referee match Andy Pycroft (who subordinated the game Indian VS Pak) from the rest of the competition is not removed.
